Prior to an accepted offer, you have the option of breaking our business relationship at any time. Why? Because we are confident that our system will net you the most amount of money with the least amount of stress. We also know that we will have your best interests in mind at all times. But, if for some reason, you do not see this, we want to give you the option of finding someone else who may better suit your needs.
If I had a house I wanted to sell, I might be uncomfortable selling my largest asset with someone I didn't personally know. In addition, I would want an "out" if I didn't like the way they were handling my sale. With this in mind, we created the easy exit listing.
How it Works
If you haven't worked with us in the past, you have no idea how we do business. With that in mind, we created the easy exit listing program, which allows you to change your mind. If at any time you are dissatisfied with our service, methods or attitudes, you are free to break our business relationship.
